Wednesday at FBC Summer

Kids’ Klub Summer Edition (Room 206)
We minister to children ages 4 years through 6th grade. This year we’ll take the kids on an exciting island treasure hunt where they will learn more about who God is and His Son, Jesus. The lessons focus on God's attributes. For example, God is wise and good, God is holy and perfect, and God is merciful.

Youth (Gym loft)
Gen. F.X.(Sr. High youth group) and Messengers (Jr. High youth group) meet in the Gym on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:15 pm where they share in worship, small group discussion, prayer, Scripture reading, teaching, and an occasional game or two.

Mom 2 Master (Room 303—Choir room)
In her book, Don't Make Me Count to Three, Ginger Plowman encourages and equips moms to look past the outward behavior of their children and dive deeply into the issues of the heart. The candid approach of this book will help moms move beyond the frustrations of not knowing how to handle issues of disobedience and into a biblical, well-balanced approach to raising their children.

Adult Discipleship to Maturity Classes (2 choices)
Portrait of a Struggle—Sanctuary
These classes will view and interact with the DVD teaching series, Portrait of a Struggle, taught by Paul Tripp. We will be reminded of how God’s grace and love play out on the stage of life’s difficulties – and learn to ask: What is God showing me in my struggle?

Romans—Room 202
This class is a study of Paul's most well-known letter. We will explore how Paul's Gospel reveals "the righteousness of God," and how Paul argues that, precisely in the Gospel of the death and resurrection of Jesus the Messiah, God has been faithful to His promises to Israel.

Nursery is provided for the evening
