The Ladies’ Bible Study will resume on Wednesday, 9/28, 9:30—11:00am in room 206. We will be studying Joanna Weaver’s Lazarus Awakening the third, and final book in her series started with Having a Mary Spirit and Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World.
Even if you’ve never before attended our Bible Study, consider joining us this fall, not only for the in-depth study, but also for fellowship with other like-minded women. For more information contact the Church office.
The FBC Choir will start rehearsals again on Wednesday September 21. We invite you to join us if you love singing praises to the Lord. We rehearse every other Wednesday and sing a special about once each month. All are welcome! Come find us in room 303 (behind the right side of the platform) at 7pm for rehearsal. Mark your calendar and make it a date, Saturday, 9/17, from 7-9pm. Come out and meet other married couples at FBC in a fast-paced evening of spirited fun and games. You won't want to miss what people will be talking about for generations... or at least a week or so. And did we mention that there will be ice cream? We are delighted to offer classes so that believers might advance both in the depth and breadth of their knowledge and understanding of Biblical truths. Classes are offered every Wednesday night from 7:00pm to approximately 8:15pm. Below is a list of the classes starting September 7, 2011.
The decorating committee for VBS will be creating a farm in the foyer of FBC and they need your help. Take a look around your house and see if you have a few of the items listed below that you can donate or lend to them for a time. You can bring the items to the VBS table in the foyer and everything should be marked with names so that they can be returned.
