Leadership and Staff
Fellowship Bible Church is an elder-led church. As such our leaders are discovered within the body. It is the elders’ responsibility to provide spiritual oversight and guard the doctrine, purpose and values of the church. We believe that our leaders are first developed by God (Eph. 4:28), recognized by the other elders (Titus 1:5), and then affirmed by the congregation (Acts 14:23).
Our elder team is comprised of those who serve full time as pastors, as well as those who split their responsibilities between FBC and other employment. While all have an equal voice, they seek to submit first to the Lord through His Word (1 Peter 1:22-25), and then to one another (Ephesians 4:21). Decisions are made within the context of a plurality, with the expressed desire to maintain the unity of the Spirit (Ephesians 4:3).
Each elder is responsible for a specific ministry focus. You may contact them directly if you have questions about their area of ministry oversight.
